Although the client and his family was used to a premium lifestyle, they had concerns about the complexities that would enter their extremely busy routine due to home automation. His second concern was about the geographical differences in the project in Rajasthan and our office in Mumbai. All size bungalow and planning to shift in 35,000 sq.ft . Initially he refused to go for automation by saying these products requires periodic maintenance and he was really concerned about product performance and guarantee. Moreover, No time to use it as they have very busy schedule and prefer utmost simplicity.

A major concern for the client was that the project was located at Rajasthan and we were based in Mumbai. He felt this would lead to a communication gap, delay in the execution, failure to attend complaints incase of any issues in the system. After a detailed discussion on our past projects that were based outside Mumbai and even outside the country, he was convinced.

Today, each one of his family members in the 35,000 sq.ft bungalow is comfortable with home automation and cannot imagine a home without it. The conveniences that it brings in controlling the lights, music and HVAC sitting any corner of the house has now become an inherent part of their lives. And we now have one more happy, satisfied customer.
